Because i made it and I manage it. You create a chat and, as moderator, when you close it, it boots everyone inside and chat history is erased.

It was created for quick, private and anon chat.

Well. First it's kind of in beta for now. But secondly, the concept of the site Is that it doesn't require any sensitive data to be collected. No profiles etc. There is nothing to protect except conversation which is anon. (but it will be https eventually I guess why not).
