In the paragraph on that page, Mark Phillips is talking to a member of the Chinese government regarding Alex Houston. The Chinese officer was warning him about doing business and being associated with Alex Houston. Alex Houston is in the country music industry. I have no idea if he is still alive.

"My first response to this "officer" was that Houston was too stupid and crooked to be connected to U.S. "intelligence". This comment was quickly countered with a gut wrenching photograph of Houston. He was smiling a demonic grin while apparently having anal sex with a small, very young, frightened black boy. Later he was identified to me as being Haitian."

It is alleged on page 19 that Alex Houston would take his wife and daughter to Bohemian Grove for prostitution.
