Looks like a definite fake to me. Compare it to the official report:

• The font in the top parts doesn't match the "Public Narrative" section

• Odd cutoff point for the top of the page

• Grammatical errors ("speaking unintelligible," not capitalizing "Spanish")

Not to mention, it's just a picture of a screen. Not even a link to a page where you can read the full report. Anybody could have typed this up and taken a picture of it.

The DC Metro police appear to use a dual.reporting system. First there is the typical report which is kept from the public until the case is closed. And this is where i would expect a great amount of detail as the report is relied upon to refresh the memory of officers at deposition and trial. Then there is what they call a "public incident report" which contains the barest of facts, acts almost like a press release and is available to the public while the case is pending.

I don't know what to make of the above report. Notice the reference to "public narrative". It reads just like the other except for the added description of the perps and the handover of the cell phone amidst unintelligible speech. Is each officer at the scene reporting?

The first thing that came into my mind were those two union guys n a gold van that were killed. But Anon said they were not involved. But there are for sure many other Hispanics in the union as we well know.
