Kim Dotcom Is Spreading Disinformation via Sethrich.info ( pizzagate )

Please correct me if I'm mistaken but there are at least two instances of likely disinformation on http://sethrich.info . The first is the post from May 22 - D.C. surgeon who operated on Seth Rich: ‘The DNC staffer was alive and well after surgery, before a group of LEOs showed up to the ICU’ This was sourced from an anonymous 4chan post and cannot be/has not been verified. The second instance is from May 24: Wikileaks Emails have tied Podesta Brothers to the Doctor who oversaw Seth Rich before he died. This is another case of speculation, as the hospital has not been firmly identified, let alone the overseeing doctor. What is Dotcom's end game here? I tweeted him the errors and he hasn't acknowledged them yet.

One thing you can say is that there is such a lack of transparency in this case that it's easy to exploit that and put out all kinds of assertions. It produces opportunities for loathsome characters as well as good people who are looking for answers. I'll just make that an argument for why more transparency is usually good thing ( except where you don't want the bad guys to learn what you know ). .

How would it be verified because then the person would have to identify themselves and first of all, be fired for breaking medical rules for releasing info, secondly, they would be in danger from whoever shot Rich. If the press does not have to verify sources than neither do tipsters.

I disagree with this sentiment and agree that we have to be 100% tight in these claims. Those two are in fact unverified. Do with that what you will but know it. I don't quite agree with the header of the Orig Post, though. He may have missed it; I too await his response.

Exactly why all sources need to be verified before they are pushed as fact. I'm not saying Dotcom doesn't know something but he needs to be only publishing facts.

I haven't seen any press releases from the hospital or the family, or the family's spokesperson denying that Seth was a patient at Washington Medical Center

That is true. It should still be treated with skeptical eyes until we have absolute confirmation though.

I don't think Kim is deliberately spreading disinformation, especially considering his position in regards to all of this. He may not be fully aware of the deep and intricate citizen investigation going on- on a day to day basis.

I don't know what to think. If enough people bring it to his attention hopefully he will have the owner of the site amend those two things to at least say "unverified".
