I know, could be extremely coincidental, but I found it quite interesting because Seth Rich was into Pandas- we've also seen the tie-in to PG because of some of the imagery and the JA films. So that said, I felt it at least worth a look.

Odd as well that this company has one of it's chief architects Zach Wily is wearing a panda suit on their about us page https://www.instructure.com/about

I think it's possible. I tried through several routes to get to their "partners" and to read testimonials without success. It was a cursory check, but it seems like if they really want to sell their Learning Management System that they would put some success stories on their website that are easier to access. Could just be bad business...or a front company? Can you get more info on Instructure?
