I've been searching for Franklin information. According to John DeCamp heavy hitting businessmen from Omaha were involved, including Warren Buffet. DeCamp described Buffet as a canal and a pedophile.

I live in the same town as Buffet's son Howard. He moved here about 25 years ago and said he came here where people wouldn't know him. He has his fingers in every pie in town. Some believe he's buying the town, from renovating our downtown, footing the tab for the largest water park in Illinois, a new amps theater and supporting our local food drives.
