I thought it was a great article. It had some new stuff in there. I had researched Lanier' s comment about the system being broken and she wasn't referring to police corruption but rather the whole criminal justice system in which criminals go through the revolving door, are put back out on the streets only to commit more crimes. Thats a problem nationwide, not just DC.
