Did you know Nancy Pelosi's brother was mayor of Baltimore from 1967-1971. His name was Thomas D'Alesandro III. Possibly the perfect choice to cover-up for the murder of Sister Cathy. I would start with this fellow. The mayor of any city has the authority to close any case. I would look for opportunities that may have been bribes, like children or grandchildren going to Catholic private schools, colleges or universities.
