So did this actually happen in all 50 states? Take this with whatever grain of salt you wish, but I'm getting a very strong odd vibe with this event. Is this just simply like The Million Man March where you name it, it hope of the event being bigger?

One post on here said there were going to marches in all 50 state capitols. But the events listed on the website were places like Orlando and Miami in Fl and Dallas in Texas. Not the state capitols. Perhaps it was just weirdly put together, but did this happen in the other cities they said it would?

When she is talking about an event that had 100,000 people at it and 340 groups, she is talking about the Boston Pride Parade. It seems her even was simply handing things out at a much bigger, more visible event that she had nothing to do with. Was it understood that it what she was going to be doing?

Yes it was absolutely understood why we were there, even the Parade Chair, Martha Plaza, shook my hand. I didn't mean at the parade. I meant here. The thread mentioned huge success from the #OurChildrenMatter 50 state march and the evidence provided was from one state and the attendance at a DIFFERENT EVENT which feels like a bait and switch. The simple fact is there would have been 100,000 spectators at this event, whether you did your thing or not. Correct? So it seems more than a little disingenuous to claim that attendance as success for you cause.

This is no different than say handing out pamphlets outside a football game. Yeah, there may be a lot of people there and you may have handed out a lot of pamphlets, but you did not draw that crowd.

So did this 50 state march happen in 50 states? Were you just organizing the Boston part of this? I saw some of this was promoted on Neil's site who did the DC and NYPD events, so perhaps this was his event. He seems to be, shall we say ambitious, in his goals.

The other reason, I asked, given that the one of the more common insults on this board is faggot, I would think the Boston Pride Parade is viewed as suspect.
