Interesting.. thanks for the info.

I don't think you will ever see a bill that makes the us public institutions accountable, do you? it wouldn't be in their best interest..

Anyway, the individuals can still be sued, so i hope the law passes (but i doubt it will)

GrDec

it doesn't matter.. the public institutions are not the ones who do the abuse directly. Still, victims should be able to pursue their abusers.. regardless of whether they can collect damages from the institutions or not..

The most important thing is to get the perpetrators prosecuted before they commit more crimes. Imagine how many more victims will be abused if we wait around for years to pass the perfect bill!!!

GrDec

Yep, that is exacly why they are trying to stop the law from passing

Another corrupt Democratic politician brought by the pedos at the Catholic Church and the "Boys Scouts of America"

Empire_of_the_mind

Keep in mind that the use of the BSA and Church as scapegoats could well be intended to keep you from asking more questions. People are used to large groups like that and their resistance does not raise alarms. They're a figleaf for his opposition.

SoldierofLight

Yes, exactly. The Catholic Church and BSA are just the store's window dressings. Who runs the store? And who is the real owner of that store?

dickface888

Isn't it fucked how this is not surprising at all and we already know exactly why they've done fuck all for the kids.

Empire_of_the_mind

I find one of the most interesting pieces of the pizzagate puzzle to be how seemingly everyone involved has a connection to some "Save The Kids" NGO or another, or serves on a political/enforcement committee, etc. They've got their foxes guarding the henhouse and it's an important piece of the conspiracy to prove.

It's also a money laundering device.

SoldierofLight

They love their opposites, don't they?

dickface888

Indeed

I hope this sets off a chain reaction. We know why he is keeping his lips locked.

"The bill, which passed 139-7 in the State Assembly last week, extends the current statute of limitations for childhood abuse victims seeking to bring civil or criminal charges against their abusers."
