Just supposing it was true, the only way it's going to be caught is for people to archive their submissions right after submitting them. That's a minor pain in the ass, so the only people that are likely to do it are people to whom it has happened. Sure if you can convince others to do it, that's fine, but good luck with that. You're more than welcome (by me, a nobody) to write a script that archives all Voat submissions and then goes back and checks them later. Have fun with that. If it's happening, that would prove it, but if it's not, then have fun wasting your time writing a program to do that. And if you're lying and you want to fake it, then you're going to have to control a trusted archival website, which is more than a minor pain in the ass.
