Shooter gets off almost 100 rounds with a high power rifle/scope - 25 people on field and only 1 person badly hurt and the other were standing right by him (second base area) The shooter was standing behind home base too! The shooter was assigned to take out one person only. The other issue is that the Majority Whip has protection assigned to him and it took 3 minutes for them to show up/get out of there cars, So yes they showed up after the fact. Just like the hit on Trump the secret service stood down that night and it was her person security from before he took office that caught him outside the door. This was well planned.
