So Ashton Kutcher and I think Demi Moore set up Thorn which he discussed here . Now he doesn't actually say what it is that gets these children back so quickly but I can't help but feel what he isn't discussing is RFID chips in children - however this is mere speculation. I have heard that in obamacare there is a clause that allows them to microchip you if they wish to do so. It's just scary.

The cards thing I have believed to be Visa/Amex but after seeing the autism care called cards it has got me wondering. Good prey for them after all we now know.
