Yes. That is a pedo swirl! The Brazilian send over football players who are the right age, to European country's who are willing to pay! The same goes for that scout stuff, Jamboree! They're all pedophiles!

unless there are compelling reasons to suspect this is a pedo-related swirl, it doesn't pass Rules 1. if it were the triangle symbol, that would be different, but simple swirls/spirals are very common and usually have nothing to do with pedo symbolism.

I wasn't sure about the swirl but the "chalk" or whatever the fuck that sausage looking thing is at the bottom made me do a double take. Could be worth a look.

I don't speak Portuguese but after flipping through the pamphlet there might very well be some areas of investigation, nothing really screams out but subtlety is also a reason to look in my opinion. If you investigate and find nothing it is not time wasted as you will have done the invaluable service of saving others from a possible waste of time. Also, it would be wonderful to find some organizations that are doing good work so we can support and promote them.
