Pardon if this has already been addressed. And I'm replying to you since you seem jazzed on this potential project.

It would help greatly if a multilayered Pshop document template can be made for others to use for their designs or even mock ups. It will also help as a guide for positioning and text placement.

Having done design and technical writing, I can see how the textual content is likely the hard part though. I suggest someone own the final output decisions. That will take the pressure off of others and keep things consistent,.
