Jobew1 - Thanks for providing the PG connection. I forgot to include that in my remarks so this would not get removed. This is one of the Monarch rat-lines through Oregon. Thanks for the additional info. re: Ed Opperman. I'll check that out. I always look at all sides.

You are a bit too negative and you do realize that regardless of how negative or quick you are to shut something up, thinking people will continue regardless. Rat line has many meanings, one being steps on a rope ladder. You can use the definition for more than just your version. Nice try deflecting, but that kind of "pushy" bullshit doesn't work on me.

yeah that's a very strange case i've heard about before. the dam aspect is interesting. and the murder was definitely suspect. the ex boyfriend john capatain, the one screaming for an investigation, is strange too though and was proved to be at least unreliable by ed opperman in a series of interviews

If you read the OR Gov.'s office release, this man is ILLITERATE. No way do I believe that this guy is a "successful entrepreneur, into stock trading and commercial RE." Commercial RE usually requires a buttload of money to get into. The guy can't even write a simple sentence with clarity. He begins sentences with "beins." LOL Also, how is a "successful entrepreneur" drawing a disability check? His income should preclude that.

Here he contradicts what he said in the Richie Allen interview. There, he said that Tiffany's handler was her therapist. Here, he says that her handler was her roommate.

yeah opperman did like a total of 3 interviews (including an interview with a guy captain accuses of being a 'handler' type) on the subject and concluded that although there's something strange bout the murder, there's something wrong with captain too. there's some info i recall seeing that captain might have owned like a massage parlor or something kinda seedy like that (for which you don't have to be that intelligent).

I listened to Richie Allen interview of Captain, read police report, and read OR Governor's Office release of communications between them and Captain.

I think he may be a wackjob. He was constantly complaining of all kinds of bullshit. He is a "business owner,":yet is on Disability.

He criticizes her mother for never seeing her while she was in jail for a month, then says that NOBODY saw her and NOBODY put money on her jail account so she could "eat" (they feed you in jail; it's federal law). Why didn't HE go see her? Why didn't HE put money on her jail account?

Something stinks to high heaven here.

I agree. After a few minutes of listening to him, you start thinking he's a little mentally off. however, i think there may be something nefarious behind her murder. i'm thinking it has something to do with dam -- she had an important job with the water authority or whatever it was. interestingly a dam collapsed a couple months ago in a neighboring state.
