They're not "sexualizing" the children. If you pay attention, the two patrons are so drunk they think the kids are actually female strippers. The one kid continues to fart in the patron's face until he gets so disgusted he shoves the kid off his lap. The entire scene in the strip club is gross-out humor; just think about the ingredients in the drink they give the DJ.

This scene is no more pedophilic than the episode in which the kids infiltrate NAMBLA (not the National Association of Marlon Brando Look-Alikes).
