My children attended Fran’s Day Care in 1991.

District Attorney Margaret Moore made the decision to exonerate the day care owners without bothering to talk with an eyewitness to the crime or other victims.

Margaret Moore is willing to make important decisions regarding sexual assault cases that hurt victims without even taking the time to talk to the eye witness or the victim or other victims of the same perpetrator. This is why more rape victims don’t come forward and report the crime.

We met with Margaret Moore this week. Margaret Moore conducted herself in a manner that re traumatized and re victimized the victim. At the start of the meeting she told us she had already made up her mind. She had not talked with the eye witness or other victims. In the meeting she did not ask the eye witness a single question. She clearly did not care what he had to say. At one point when he was trying to talk to her about what he saw at the day care she said “I didn’t have to meet with you.” It is my understanding that part of the job District Attorney is to meet with victims of violent crimes and eye witnesses. After the meeting the victim said I’m surprised how mean she is.
