Then again to theorize about that, you’d have to explain who this alleged shooter actually is: that could get into some deep territory about the possibility of creating mind controlled assassins. But reality is stranger than fiction: MK Ultra-esque mind controlled assassins actually do exist.

Is it probable that this person was one of them? It’s difficult to say. I think it would actually do more damage to assessing the situation to condemn the possibility of this shooter being under the control of someone else, rather than considering it as a possibility.
