Just wanted to get in, before the limey-bashers arrive. Other countries don't even bother to prosecute these crimes...They also don't have trial by jury. In the Netherlands, the court system uses appointed judges and it's already legal for an adult to have sex with a 12-year-old there. You don't hear so much about abuse in the Netherlands, but that's only because it's effectively been legalised.
