Matt Cutts don't care. Google tells us good guys to use white hat SEO for our websites (no spammy sounding SEO) or we'll be penalized and they let this blackhat crap go. @evilwhitemale explained this before.

Folks don't get that upntill about 7-9 kids brains are in a slower brain wave state that adults. They are ok subconscious and feelings. These people are programming kids subconscious and they know it.
