The article mentions Aaron Rich went to speak with the EMT's and Fire Fighters who tried to save Seth's life.

Conveniently for us, DC FIRE & EMS confirmed this event through their FB and even listed all the names of the first responders who attended to Seth after he was shot. http://archive.is/alyav

" Visiting the quarters of Engine 6, located at 1300 New Jersey Avenue Northwest, Aaron Rich expressed his gratitude to all present, and then joined the firefighters for dinner.

Those involved in treating the mortally wounded man were Firefighter/Intermediate Paramedic Kila A.Brown, Firefighter/EMT William T. Shepard, Firefighter/Technician James A. Hyde, Firefighter/EMT Isaiah C. Badgett, Firefighter/EMT Anthony Thomas and Captain Dennis O. Gobantes.

All the personnel involved were assigned to Engine Company 6 and Medic 17 the morning of the shooting."

I quickly googled the info of each of the mentioned individuals, but oddly couldn't find much on anyone. I'll do some digging later and make any updates, but thought I'd share this with you guys to see if it helps someone else in their research.

HIPPA does allow the doctors to reveal hospital info, but the family really has final say so on whether it can be released. We also know that the MPD was told to stand down.

These guys would know what Seth was talking about, as it was mentioned he was alive and chatting when first responders arrived. They would also know whether they thought his wounds were life threatening or not. The problem would be getting one of these guys to answer any questions.

This also proves that there was a Fire Engine at the scene. There was talk that some did not believe the picture on Flagler St. was real that it was not the right one. So now we know there were EMTS and a Fire Engine. He of course went to thank them, but maybe was also hoping they would share some of Seth's last words. As we know, there seems to be a problem getting any info from anyone. I am sure they have been spoken to.
