Figured some of them out!! Type the English letters into a Thai keyboard and then translate it back to English

Spacing may be randomized like: hel lowo rld = hello world

Could also be skip code where you only look at every N letters: cvHguEipLaqLyyO

Oh please... Those comments are just toddlers who randomly type in some letters.

Right totally that's why they translate to "under the full moon children will know true fear". Nice try.

That is code. Hmm. It's not letter replacement or any thing like that. It's probably numerical, and that will need decoding as well.

If I were you I'd post an embedded screenshot of the exact comments you want looked at.

The end bit looks like roman numberals. Could be a location.

But, have you consider that this is being typed in another language. For Korean keyboards they use the same ascii keyboards we have, but have to press a button multiple times to make a specific character.

xan hinh has something to do with Thai Tatoos (maybe Vietnamese). https://www.openhaier.vn/top-hinh-xam-canh-tay-dep-nhat/ need to run this through translate.
