There are a fairly limited number of reasons why you would believe that you'll know instantly if there are arrests, one is that you fully expect to be one of the first ones arrested, the other is that you're so insane you think you have psychic powers or similar, the third is that you think you're so important the police would seek you out for permission to make arrests. Without assuming which one is real, all are proof of your own mental state. You're either confessing you expect to be arrested for child molestation or you're providing evidence of your insanity, there is no other option.
