I think you're confusing silence from those involved at the FBI and CIA as their tacit approval of the Deep State's crimes like Pay to Play etc.

The silence is because the Deep State still has its teeth. They're offing people like Beranton Whisenant for a reason. They know the second they relax their stance hundreds of people are going to come out of the woodwork. Basically the Deep State is doing some hard core Mafia enforcement right now.

That can't go on forever. The Deep State is out of power. They require billions to keep this cluster fuck going and business is definitely not good right now. As they back off all the silence is going to get replaced with hundreds of disgruntled lower level employees and/or lower level perps wanting to plea bargain.

The physics of that are going to be quite a sight to see. There's a huge log jam that's built up over 50 years. When that fucker breaks it's going to blow people's minds. Perps will be rushing for the exits and the honest people in those organizations are going to finally feel safe enough to talk. It'll be obvious the game is over at that point.

It all comes down to money. Hillary & Co were busier than one arm paper hangers trying to keep the money flowing.
