I'm pretty sure it's illegal to record a phone conversation unless you alert the other party that you're recording them. Plus think about it, you get a call and you're not thinking you need to record anything because most people don't make death threats over the phone. In fact I'd be more skeptical if there WAS a recording. Then I'd be like how did Ryan know Alefantis was going to blow his top.

The fact that Ryan O'Neal's merchandise-peddling operation was launched on the heels of fhis "incident" makes his veracity highly suspect. Without a recording of the conversation that allegedly occurred with James Alefantis, there is ZERO hard evidence that it actually occurred.

Ergo, the only conclusion to draw is that the phone convo is BS. He created this story out of whole cloth as a PR stunt to help launch his company.

I don't know, they've done nothing to Ryan yet. I'm sure it depends on your level of involvement and how important what you're researching is. It may be that some of these people have (like Alefantis) become liabilities, I believe that Hillary is just being used at this point, helping to clean up after the party. Maybe Podesta and others too. I'm not a believer either in "Trump is controlled," so his presidency might be really upsetting the apple-cart. (Though I have, for years, known elections have been a charade, "illusion of choice.")

Watched the video. By itself, nothing remotely warranting threats or actionable under the law. Mr. Alefantis provided the label "Kill Room" himself, right? Or it was posted on his former Instagram and he acknowledged it, correct? --- You can't be sued for libel for referencing the term. --- You didn't say anything in the video actionable in court, though I'm not a lawyer.

His extreme reaction can only make people wonder if there isn't something to hide there...

People did not put those disturbing images on his Instagram page. Nor the creepy videos. Nor the very creepy artwork. Nor the suggestive, creepy comments with the images.

He opened the can of worms - innocent or guilty.... He can't sue people who are simply following up on it using sources freely available to the public. ----- Threatening them for doing so only makes him appear guilty. That's not libelous...

There are three possibilities here.

1. This is all totally legit and this guy Ryan has been threatened by J. Alefantis.

2. This guy Ryan is controlled opposition and this whole episode has been invented to stop people from investigating more deeply.

3. This guy Ryan wants to sell more of his Pizzagate merchandise and this is a novel way to raise awareness of his product.

Not sure where I sit - but I'm not accepting it as the god's honest truth because there's a good chance (66% by my calculations) it isn't.

Pedos are killers, it goes with the territory. They can call one of their own from a targets area and take out anyone that crosses them. Think Dexter without a conscience, a whole army of them. How about some help here FBI?

Never use your real name online. It adds nothing. What you say should be the focus - not who said it. Few have credibility just on their name anyway. But most importantly, it opens you up to exploitation or retribution and so on...
