Smith-Mundt 2012 literally permits the U.S. Government to produce domestic propaganda to influence public opinion. Let's call a spade a spade. The U.S. Government can now just make shit up.

I find that HIGHLY disturbing. But you don't. Or are you unaware that Smith-Mundt 2012 authorizes that. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Please let me know what you think.
