I'm not accusing this U.S. - China business of anything.  This may be unrelated to Pizza-Pedogate, but in case it is:

CueSoul's logo is similar to the FBI "Boy Lover" symbol

I was over at someone's house recently and noticed a tag from a new dart set.  The company's logo is somewhat similar to the FBI Boy Lover symbol, a spiral with one triangle inside another. Side by side comparison The tag was black/multi similar to this.

Ping pong balls and paddles with the CueSoul logo, as well as a "spattered-stained"-look carrying bag.

The CueSoul "Brand Introduction" is a little odd

Is it a true story, a simple marketing ploy, or something else??.... To "cue someone's soul" almost sounds like a "nice" way to say "MK Ultra handler"...:

Xiamen Towin appears to be a typo for Xiamen To Win; there are lots of similarly named import-export companies but I didn't find that one.

Xiamen, China is a port city 190 miles up the coast from Hong Kong.
