If the government would do their job they'd try to arrest her for her crimes, and then the media wouldnt have to talk about any of it any more besides the trial.

The problem is though that she could be involved in such a ridiculously large crime ring that the gov't doesnt dare charge her for anything until they're confident they can bring down the whole thing. And since the whole point is that people on the inside of government/positions of power are committing these crimes these criminals are able to convene in the investigation.

I don't think he has ever denied the emails legitimacy. They are too easily confirmed by subpoenas to the sender/recipients. He is enough of a lawyer to know some lies just won't fly.

this, the content has never been disputed as far as i know, and i was paying pretty close attention when this shit was going down. all they ever cared about was who leaked the leak, and not what was in the leak.
