It is not disinfo. In 1983 (R) Rep Jepson of IA inserted an amendment into the Gay Bill of Rights to lower the consensual age of sex to 9 yrs. old. Sen Grassley didn't know or believe it was in the bill. Noreen Gosch and Ted Gunderson went to DC to his office to comb through a copy and near the end THERE IT WAS! That was done so when someone was caught they could blame it on the Democrats Gay Bill of Rights! Yet amendment was inserted late by a republican! See how it works? Not many know this, but this is why in 1983 the Gay Bill of Rights didn't pass.
