So there's a basement in Pegasus? Interesting.

DonutofShame

Could the guy that's waiting there be a lookout? Who hangs out smoking on someone else's steps? Is that common there?

Factfinder2

And who are the two guys sitting in the parked car a little ways down the alley? And why is that white car blocking the exit to the alley by the park?

DonutofShame

Both ways were blocked. One by the truck and the other by that white car. Maybe the alleyway is a convenient spot because of the possibility of blocking all streets and prevent people from sneaking up on them.

Factfinder2

Good point.

Hmmm... new windows, a keypad lock, random shady dude waiting out back that immediately leaves when questioned, two 360 security cameras and no visible access to the other side of the building?

Yeah... I'd say that a drone to keep watch/fly over top/behind would be very helpful.

Or... parking a drone somewhere near to see who enters/leaves would be even more interesting.

Would that be legal to fly a drone near/around this property?

Would that be legal to fly a drone near/around this property? >

No, it is not legal to operate a drone in Washington DC airspace, and IIRC that includes a 30-mile radius around the city as well.

SoSpricyHotDog

For example, if someone were to befriend a neighboring resident - and THEY placed a nice HD cam on their property, in the back alley, there would be nothing wrong with that. Right?

SoSpricyHotDog

Ahhh, and how about a standard/remote/high resolution camera put on top of an adjacent rooftop?

A makeshift security cam.

Legal? Illegal?

Funny you post this. I was unable to view his video today. Only a short clip outside of CNN?
