The app Seth Rich allegedly designed sent people to the wrong polling place if they looked up where to go on the Hillary website. Sorry, you need 30 seconds to see this in the above time stamped youtube
@millennial_falcon
I saw this talked about before. What I read was it wasn't he was sending people to wrong place, it was HRC (her mailing list or something like that) was sending her voters to place that was different. That way they could take those votes and swap them out at the other place.
Like, I'm on mailing list or click link on her website or whatever, hrc supporter, I get info on where to vote. Voting poll place ABC. If Im HRC supporter and clicked on app or looked it up online without going to her page, it would tell me polling place XYZ. Knowing all votes in poll place ABC were for HRC, theyd go to polling place XYZ to collect votes, removing X number of votes for Bernie, replacing with X number of votes from polling place ABC where only HRC's voters were directed. Seth Rich supposedly found out about this.
Whether all the above is true or not or actually happened, I don't know.
My understanding is that it was available thru the Hillary website, so Hillary supporters [voters] would be directed to a fake polling place - if you looked thru the DNC site you would get directed to the official polling place.
Some sites...but if you're any absentee ballot or if you weren't on the voter rolls, they'll hold off counting your vote til they check ya out. Some people aren't on voter rolls bc they requested a absentee ballot, or someone requested one for you saying it was you, therefore fraud.
@Wisconsin_is_corrupt
was saying Ryan never campaigned and someone else wondered why people kept voting for him - WIC thought it didn't matter whether they voted for him or not - it was fixed for him to win.
The weird explanation is that they used the Hillary votes to replace Bernie votes at the official polling place. It ties in with reports of low turnout.

That's what I thought, but George is suggesting it was Seth's app that did it.

Was it an exclusive HRC app or was it a DNC app?

but don't the votes get tabulated on site? Where I have voted you feed your ballot into a ballot scanner right then and there.

With the large amount of states refusing to turn over their voating info, I totally believe there was more than just that app used!

if you send your own constituents to the wrong place, their votes wont' count, doesn't that help the other guy?

If it sent (likely) illegal Democrats to the wrong polling locations - then the answer is a resounding YES.
