Both right. Plead guilty to one charge in exchange for prosecutors dropping other ones.

"The U.S. prosecutors, in exchange for Nassar's guilty plea, agreed not to pursue charges in two additional incidents of alleged sexual crimes with minors. In one instance, Nassar allegedly attempted to sexually exploit two minors in his swimming pool in 2015. The other involves "interstate/international travel with intent and engaging in illicit sexual conduct," according to the plea agreement."

Really? I know I can't think as a man thinks, but I don't see the attraction. Even if one is attracted, wouldn't the trust and professionalism be more compelling than a generic sex drive? Those kids are not there to please you, but for athletic achievement. Plus, their bodies are stunted because smaller bodies perform gymnastics better so puts it firmly in the pedophile realm ( gymnasts, I have massive respect for you, not mocking your body type).
