It would be a long process... even if you went through the hoops and became an officer in DC, how quickly do you think you would get into the "inner circle" that is privy to these details? It's got to be heavily compartmentalized... a high ranking officer being told not to investigate something is already relatively common. All the decision makers need to do is ignore any requests/questions (see Seth Rich) pertaining to high interest cases.

It would be a quicker solution if you could network with someone that had ties to a Ronald Bernard type elite. Someone on the inside already, trusted with secrets, that still has a conscience and wants to take down the evil from within.

I have a few "high level" connections, and after asking them some questions, quickly realized just how many echelons below the elite they truly are. It's a tough ladder to climb.

Perhaps a Hollywood insider - Clint Eastwood, James Woods, etc...? Might be an easier avenue. I'm sure they know people they wish they didn't in Hollywood. Cross reference their connections to Epstein's little black book to develop a few key targets, find an intermediary and invest in some very covert recording gear.
