As far as the rays go I remember seeing them on that hat that Aleister Crowley would wear. It definitely seems to be Illuminati/occult related. Interestingly, in that photo you shared with the cookies, in the original packaging, the boy-lover symbol appears there as the 'o' in the 'Shout' part of the text. Yikes.

Call the FBI? Have you not been following? The FBI is a mafia whose job is to make sure all investigations are squashed, drawn out and dissapear. They cover up for the Elite, they don't expose them and recommend charges. Why do you think it goes on with impunity? Call the FBI? I think everybody needs a break. You can't even keep what is known in the equation.
To bring you up to date with this particular situation, the OP had already called the FBI and reported his findings to them and also given them his phone number. They told him they would call him. Then when the phone rang four times he was afraid to answer it. Thus my comment.
I will say that I personally would never consider reporting any findings that needed to be investigated to the FBI or any other law enforcement agency. In fact, I believe the only potential for forcing action in today's messed up world is massive release of information to millions of people.
