At the end of the cold war Brzezinski was responsible for getting "The Environment" moved under the policy umbrella of National Security. This also followed in all the five eyes countries. So, all environmental policy is formed by National Security policy makers.

Also, very few people are aware of the Carbon Disclosure Project, which is financed by Big Banking. They manage a portfolio of over $150 trillion dollars, which has been extorted from corporations.
