Scary stuff. That went on too long, though. Don't be sitting there with a nutcase for 40 minutes. If someone is talking crazy and won't leave, dial 911 immediately ... take his photo and send it to your friend also.

This is really a great article and I believe that it was spread on Facebook to many and that is a great help to our cause.
