This needs to be followed up on. I smell a rat, a big rat and it is that mayor. Of course they ruled inconclusive.My God people, who do you think controls the courts?????!!

I had a long back and forth with a self proclaimed MK Ultra person in 4 chan- yes. I know he could have been lying but he gave some VERY Iintersesting info. He says Seattle is a hotbed for MK ultra and the music industry is the backbone of it there
