Iran would export:

1) the byproducts of Uranium enrichment, called Depleted Uranium.

2) radioactive waste from its nuclear reactors.

Ditto for Pakistan and anyone else. The Uranium Iran would IMPORT would come from Uranium One run by Frank Guistra and maybe the Russians who knows.
