Is it too much of a stretch of the imagination to suggest that the government storage of all newborn babies' blood samples is a very, very, very bad idea, and that this would explain why and where certain kids would be snatched? Simply track down a baby with a rare disorder you want to kidnap for their organs so it will match George Soros or David Rockefeller, kidnap said baby, rape said baby for a few years until they're 6 or so, and boom - kidney. Or keep them hanging around for 20 years until their other organs reach maturity.
