Judges are so complicit in this shit and have immunity no matter how criminal their part it. That all needs to end.

Old people are very vulnerable especially as they start to lose their family, friends, and memory and ability to drive and take care of themselves. Usually they are targeted for medicare fraud (services billed and not provided) or theft or other fraudulent "services". Theft including their estates and savings accounts. Maybe this program is intended to win over these old people to be named beneficiary in their wills. Places such as schools, colleges, museums, charities, etc. emphasize philanthropy in their mailings and letters which is about getting people to include those programs in their wills.

On the other hand, a quick check of the the Organ Donor / Transfer websites claim that any age can be donors so maybe you are on to something.
