Those that did not die in there could have been picked up and transported to a refrigeration unit. Also there were cars that picked up people before LE got there. Are there cameras that picked up on those license plates? I hope they get to the bottom of this. I saw on the news where the driver said he drove the truck but did not know what was in there. WHAT? He was probably not allowed or it was locked so they could not get out and he did not have the key. A key was probably with those at the end of the line. There were probably different drivers along the way. You don't have to make this stuff up, they are doing it.
