There's so many good parts of this. This guy is the White House Communications Director and he said this on the record?

Part of what seemed to flip him out what the publication of his financial disclosure form in Politico. He blamed Reince Preibus for this and called the FBI and the Justice Department on him.

"In light of the leak of my financial disclosure info which is a felony," he wrote on Twitter, "I will be contacting @FBI and the @TheJusticeDept #swamp @Reince45 "

He had to delete that tweet BECAUSE IT'S NOT A FELONY.

Financial Disclosure forms are public records and are available 30 days after you start. In this case, Scaramucci was working for a month at the Export Inport Bank of America and his form became public last Sunday.
The politico reporter tweeted.

"My source for @Scaramucci financials was Ex-Im Bank. Period."

And the kicker is it's a violation of federal rules for Scaramucci to contact the DOJ OR THE FBI https://www.usnews.com/news/national-news/articles/2017-07-27/theres-a-problem-with-scaramucci-calling-his-fbi-buddies

If they try to use the attorney general to go after people for leaking non-classified information, to use the law or to investigate conduct that's clearly legal, then that's a major abuse of power," Painter says. "If you have a federal employee who leaks non-classified information, that can be justification for firing them. You don't have a Justice Department investigation if there's not criminal conduct. You don't ask them to find the leakers so they can fire the leakers or intimidate the leakers."

Meanwhile, any conversation that Scaramucci might have with just about anyone at the FBI, other than in the communications office, would be problematic from the outset, experts say.

"Red flags go up immediately when we hear the White House is having communications with the FBI about an investigation or an enforcement matter – such as a prosecution – because there’s nothing in either the Department of Justice or the White House’s contact policies that allow anyone at the White House to have a conversation with the FBI on an investigation or prosecution," says Murphy, the former White House associate counsel.

It would be especially alarming if, rather than simply push for an investigation through FBI back channels, Scaramucci also seeks – and is given – information from any agents.

"If that were true," and Scaramucci does speak with agents at the bureau, "those FBI agents are providing information to a White House employee who does not have a need to know in violation of department policy. If it were grand jury information, they might be committing a crime. If it was leaks related to classified information, they might be committing a crime. But at a minimum, they'd be violating Department of Justice policy that could lead to an investigation and civil sanctions," Wright says.

Why is this negative thread about the White House staff in Pizzagate? Mods? @Millenial_Falcon ?

The fate of Jeff Sessions is inherently pizzagate related. If Trump is intent on pushing him out, no pizzagate arrests will occur during Jeff Sessions tenure.

If Scaramucci has license from Trump to go after the whole White House staff, this seems to be upping the ante. Looks like the knives are out for Sessions, Bannon and Preibus.
