The problem with people appointed to high level govt jobs is those that appoint them. A clique gets leverage and the posts where they have power are filled with others from their clique.

SHORT EYES is a term used for Pedos in prison. There eyes seem to be out of alignment and converge short of where the point of focus should be. Often their heads are pointing way and eyes swiveled round to see something. I suspected its the little abused child in them, still shame ridden, looking away from the abuser.
