Two days ago, some random guy strolls into my apartment's parking lot, through the quad, to the kids playground, and hooked around to my apartment. Sat on the sidewalk outside, started texting. I noticed him when my kid and I pulled in and parked-- he was shirtless but was putting one on as he walked through. I'm familiar with most of the people around here and he was a stranger and it was stranger still when he sat by my place. Gave him benefit of the doubt, because maybe he was visiting someone or something.

Tonight as I explained the horrible state of affairs to my kid, some guy was casing the outside of my apartment; looking in the windows. It's a good twelve feet from the sidewalk to the window, and he was just on the other side of the bushes. Walked by, not in a hurry. Ten o'clock at night.

If I'm being stalked/targeted because of the bistro thing, fine. Subject is dropped. Message received loud and clear, no need for nuance.

Thank you for your courage. You did the right thing by reporting what you saw. Unfortunately, NCMEC seems to be compromised. Wouldn't be surprised if thats how they got your info (through NCMEC employees or their database).

Im getting strong bad vibes as though were being coerced to fight eachother as humans on the front lines. A flare gun is never illegal. As far as mace, I think it's a felony to mace someone if the cops felt like it, but flare guns are just incidental. As a petite woman, I like the idea of a flare gun. Is it illegal to carry a flare gun if you are drinking I wouldn't ever carry a firearm while intoxicated.

Have someone you trust watch him! Always let someone in ur inner circle know where U R at all times. Take his pic send it to everyone u know! Setup a draft on ur phone with his pic and any info you have and have it ready to be sent to local police.

Definitely take his picture if you get the chance, but don't risk your safety over it. Local police should be able to do more with a photograph of the man than sending the photo to any letter agency.
