We're interested in IDENTIFYING High Level Pedophiles not arresting them. None of us are cops. Actually I take that back. Most of us are not cops so we don't arrest people. The FBI and local Law Enforcement have actually been very good at catching low level perps. It's the high level ones they won't touch.
