The connections between John Podesta and Madeleine McCann are old news, but here's a quick recap: the close match between the 2 suspect efits and the Podesta brothers, the unknown origin of the eftits (the witness didn't get a good look at the man who was supposed to be portrayed in the two efits, it was dark and there's no way he could have observed the level of detail in the efits - the mole and the indentation on the bridge of the nose caused by wearing glasses).

The Podesta emails are significant, with the cutoff date falling withing a day or two of the abduction, and one of them at that time being handled by someone else as if he were out of town at that time. Then there's the media report that investigators know the identity of the abductor, but no mention of specifics or of any follow-up action.

According to Victurus Libertas, the Podesta brothers were in Portugal when Madeleine was taken, staying 1/3 of a mile from where the event occurred.
