Well one thing I did figure out was that it was an request for an URGENT Payment. For PIZZA? Ah, me thinks that is a little odd. Also the trip was to Senegal. They are evidently not as smart as they think they are. They can find out what we are doing at all hrs. of the day and night. Have they not heard of hackers? Pretty stupid. They think they are untouchable. They think no one will ever believe these things anyway if they ever get out. Well, some of us are not as stupid as they are. Heads of State talking about these subjects in emails is really dumb.

With that operation in mind why do you think they'd, allow it to be known, for a start(using outside contractors like Snowden seems a mistake).
