Adding this to all the other stuff that was found in connection to this shooting, this basically seals the deal for me. There is no way Scalise's shooting was random given the fact that he was a force cracking down on human trafficking. He was supposed to die that day. The response team was 20 minutes late due to this "mistake".

This is called "wrong", for whatever reason. Transponders refer to TXRX devicce used in aviation. Land based comms for local/regional LE use a completely different platform.

This doesn't surprise me at all. The police triangulate the location of a cell phone call when it comes in just in case the caller can't talk. That is automatically injected into the meta-data and shows up in the on board computer of a police car.

This isn't surprising if the Scalise shooting was another Smith-Mundt 2012 hoax. It has all the same sketchiness and weird coinkydinks. For example would you film a man actively shooting people with an AK-47? I wouldn't. I'd run away as far and as fast as I could.
