Sometimes they are birthed specifically for trading and slavery, like some sort of fucked up cattle breeding. You know how a lot of the wikileaks emails often talked about 'the farm'? They will spend their entire lives 'underground'.

This is why Podesta would have all of that dental equipment in his house. Unregistered children would have dental records made if they went to a REAL dentist. By having them done in a private residence, they have no records made or contact with outside professionals and can still disappear without evidence of who they were.
